Parent Support at Bredbury Green

Supporting families is a key part of our work at Bredbury Green Primary School. We recognise that parenting can be both fulfilling and challenging, and we aim to provide practical, accessible support for every stage of family life.

Our support includes:

  • Mental health and wellbeing
  • Family routines and behaviour guidance
  • Online safety advice
  • Early years and child development information
  • SEND and additional needs support
  • Team Around the School (TAS) - TAS is a collaborative approach involving Bredbury Green Primary School, Stockport Family and partner agencies. Together, we work with parents and carers to provide early help, strengthen relationships and ensure that families receive the right support at the right time.

If you live in Stockport, there are fantastic local services available to you:

Family Hubs: These are welcoming community spaces offering support, activities, and advice for families. You can drop in for help, attend workshops, or connect with professionals who understand your needs.
